We are taking part in a national collective action by General Practitioners. We are open and we are here for you and you should contact us in the normal way if you have a health concern. The collective action means we are prioritising our availability so we can protect the quality and the safety of the services we provide to you.
In our practice we are specifically reducing the number of online bookings with the GP, reducing the number of emergency on the day appointments with the GP and reducing the number of urgent on the day phone calls with the GP.
It is important at this time – and at all times – for everyone to be aware of the various treatment options available to you if you are unwell or injured.
The options range from self-care at home, your local pharmacy, self-referral to Talking Therapies services for any mental health support, NHS111, GP practice, or urgent care centre.
For any life-threatening medical situations please contact 999 or Accident and Emergency services.
There is also the Frimley Healthier Together website which offers a wide range of help and advice to children and young people, their parents and carers.
You can find more information on these on the website of the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System, which we are part of.
